Frequently Asked Questions

You can reserve a unit online through our website, by email, or by calling our office during business hours. Multiple reservations received for limited availability units will be processed in the order received. 

Cash, checks, and money orders can be mailed or dropped-off at the facility.  For your convenience, online payments via card or ACH is available with the popular autopay option (third party platform fee applies).

A deposit is not required to rent a unit. No additional sign-up fees.  Leases initiated after the 1st week of the month are prorated and combined with the next month's rent to get on the regular payment schedule (rent is due the 1st of the month).

All payments are due the 1st day of the month. After the 10th day of the month, a late fee will be applied to your account. If you are unable to make a payment, please contact our office to discuss your options.

For your convenience, tenant protection plans are offered by SafeLease through the rental process, but a protection plan is optional to rent a unit. The tenant is responsible for damage or loss to stored property. The facility does not insure property stored in a self-service storage facility and is not responsible for loss or damage. Your Homeowners or Renters policy may provide the insurance or protection needed; you can check with your agent to determine coverage.
